My grandmother had some flowers delivered from her son in Texas for her 80th Birthday using Amherstburg Flowers and Gifts. When the flowers arrived at the door, the arrangement was a mess. The flowers were drooping everywhere and some were dead. The company then sent another arrangement to the door, and this one was worse than the first. We then called the owner of the shop and we were informed that the flowers were supposed to look like that. What a disgrace. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Only giving it a one star because zero stars wasn't an option.
This place is absolutely wonderful got my flower gifts out on time and my girl absolutely loved it. If recommend it to anyone thank you !!
The worst service ive had in a long time. Theyre employee Carol is the most rude person I have ever talked to over the phone. The owner should be ashamed of the employee they have working for them. When I asked for the owners name to file a complaint she refused to give any information, and hung up on me several times. I will never refer this buisness to anyone. I called flowers by Anna and explained my situation and the deadline I was on now because of the issue I had to deal with. I needed flowers to be sent out within the hour and even though theyre driver was in windsor she personally put tgether the arrangement and delivered them herself. Now that is customer service! I will definetly be calling Anna's for all my flower needs in the future!

I had a most unpleasant conversation with a sales person on the phone. I wanted to order flowers. When I called the woman called me sir. When I corrected her she laughed and said I must have a bad cold. When I said she was rude she laughed again. Needless to say I did not order flowers from them. I think this store should teach their employees some customer relations techniques. Especially the never be rude on the phone to a stranger part. I have told many people this story. Bad news travels fast. Hopefully they'll leRn a lesson. They don't even deserve one star.
