Not a good experience with Cynthia Thrashers secretary. Not on the ball basically. We offered to pick up our $850.00 worth of legal work but secretary said we could not. Secretary said it would be sent by courier. Secretary sent it postal mail, where it quickly got lost in mail system. Later , there was little regard for our plight , having very sensitive legal work lost. No admission of mistake either. Luckly though we were finally...able to get a copy , although absolutely no admission of there negligence that had occured.
