Roads are a mess and a small community centre would be nice for emergencies. Seems to be a nice community though.

Nice place for seniors to live. Heard the owner is kind of a douche, but as long as u follow the park rules he leaves u alone. Roads are usually kept plowed in the winter. The road itself could use an update and the sidewalks. The lighting and phone lines need to be updated as well.
