I phoned on Monday at 1:02pm and explained that I needed an outside garden faucet installed. The receptionist took my details and said someone would phone me right back.I kept my phone in my pocket all day until 9pm waiting for a phone-back, and then waited the next day until noon. Still no call-back after 24 hours.Please have the courtesy to call customers back to tell them you can't provide them service.
I used Atkinson for a very large project at my house in Amherstburg a few years ago. They did a great job, and over saw other contractors. I have also used them for small projects with great success. If you need honest, quality work I highly recommend them.
Terrible service! Called about a leak they came out and didn't even prevent it from leaking more. Needless to say it kept leaking after they came. Would not recommend this company to anyone! Very unprofessional and obviously not knowledgeable!
