She has shown great customer service and taking care of our family just like her close friends or family. She went above and beyond to show me houses, tips on what to look for, advise me on pricing and waited for me whenever I was running late.Purchasing home is a big deal and even bigger for first time home buyer like me. She has been there every single place/time when I needed her. She has done great recommendation for inspector, providing me summary of comparable, making sure that seller did buy out most appliances for me and I get a great deal, recommendation of mortgage specialist, lawyer, insurance firm, inviting me and my family for charity..So on and so on.. its like I am writing essay because list just doesn't end here. She is my go to girl.All I wanted to say that Kathy is an excellent real estate agent and now a friend of our family. Susan Reaume was referred to me ...I can see why! From the initial phone conversation to the day we sold my home....she was there for me!! And the greatest part!! I sold in 5 days with multiple offers!! The whole team was just incredible to work with!! The photographer was outstanding creating a virtual 3D tour of my home making it possible for viewers to see my place as if you were in it!! It drew a lot of attention!! The little details made me feel like they really cared about my whole experience! I would definitely use the team again, specifically Susan...and have already referred her to my friends!
