I purchased an item..took it home realized it was not what I thought it was..took it back..explained the reason..no problem. The staff at Canadian Tire in town go above..always helpful..that is why I am there almost every week...thanx for your patience!
Very narrow-minded when it comes to returns employees here in Amherstburg forget that they are only employees for Canadian Tire they don't own the name. Employees here make up their own policies when it comes to returns that's why we always shop in Windsor.
Mostly made in China products, horrible return policy. I get what I need only... the dollar store have the same stuff at a fraction of the cost...I could not return an unopened Canadian Tire product with receipt.... Done with this chain
They need more workers. Workers run when they see a customer coming to ask a question. They have a really nice man that fixes bicycles there
This location is kinda small in comparison to other Canadian tire locations also with that comes less stock, I have had some trouble finding certain items but with that being said it's still a Canadian tire and has lots to offer, it's good for your basic automotive needs and if your hunting or fishing and need to grab something before you hit the stream or field this is the perfect place
