Won't be going back here.. I came into the store and the guy was friendly enough and gave me a price on a set of rims. The problem occurred when I showed him a cheaper price (was only $15.00/rim) and he said well thats my price and if you want it I can do it. I also went to the heritage tire in Windsor and they have a totally different price for the rims and a set of lug nuts??? Beware of the inconsistency in pricing before coming to these places, it seems they make their pricing based on how much they money they can screw you out of. After telling the guy about the different pricing he seemed to be upset that I had priced out these rims at the other Heritage tire and practically and was insanely rude. Very bad customer service and bad prices! I am ashamed that this kind of customer treatment exists, all I asked for was a fair price and basically got kicked out of the store. I guess they don't need customers because the guy was "very busy" .. too busy to give good customer service apparently.
Great place to deal with. Knowledgeable staff that take the time to explain the tires your buying and also what your needs are.
